TN Tools has been a manufacturer of special tools since 1987, and is among the leaders in the industry. TN Tools is housed in a 2000 m² modern industrial building, centrally located on Zealand.

Over the years, TN Tools has built up a dynamic team of highly qualified and committed employees, all of whom have great competence in their respective fields.

In addition, the CNC-controlled machinery is constantly being expanded and updated. This makes TN Tool Grinding one of the leaders in cutting technology development and technology. And at the same time means that TN Tools can deliver the highest quality in a modern environment.

TN Tools, has due to a dynamic organization, been able to adapt to the tasks and give results in the best and optimal solutions, as well as a fast production and delivery.

TN tool grinding is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 50001 certified, and exports about 60 percent of production to worldwide.

Idea basis

The idea of TN tool grinding is to manufacture and sharpen cutting tools for the metal industry. We offer only the highest quality and use only the best quality in cemented carbide.

Everything under one roof

At TN tool grinding, the entire production takes place under one roof. This prevents extra delivery time, tools from disappearing or being replaced. And we can track any tool throughout the production process.

We also offer occupancy in our own occupancy center and occupy within 1-2 working days We are also able to finish tools, both before and after the coating to provide a better chip removal and smooth surface, for longer tool life.

TN Tools is now climate-ready

After eight years of work, we have received confirmation that TN Tools is climate-ready.
Through an online training programme and expert guidance, TN Tools can now understand and calculate its CO₂ emissions and set targets to reduce them.

The Klimaklar Produktionsvirksomhed programme is a collaboration between the Confederation of Danish Industry (Dansk Industri) and the Industry Foundation (Industriens Fond). The programme is also implemented in partnership with the Climate Partnership for Manufacturing Companies and Global Compact Network Denmark.

ISO certified

As part of improvements, TN tool grinding has been ISO9001 ISO14001 and ISO50001: 2011 certified, respectively. The certifications and audits thereof take place on an ongoing basis and in line with the requirements that are met by customers

In May 2011, TN was ISO9001 certified by Bureau Veritas. This was a major review of the entire company which was to enter into new routines and registrations. But at the same time it has helped for a more uniform process and traceability throughout the entire TN tool grinding. In April 2013, TN was ISO14001 certified by Bureau Veritas, it was part of our environmental policy.
